This is a delicious and spicy string beans cooked with seafood.
Ingredients:
1 cup shrimp
1 cup squid
2 cup string beans
3 small sweet peppers
2 tablespoon homemade sambal (blend onion, garlic, ginger, anchovies, hot peppers, lemongrass)
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in the skillet. Sautee homemade sambal. Then add sweet peppers, squid and shrimp. Seasoned to taste. Lastly add string beans. Mix it well. Serve warm with white rice.

Dhill, string beans here is kacang buncis. Kalau kacang panjang biasa tu kita panggil long asparagus string beans or one foot long asparagus string beans. Some call it Chinese or Asian string beans.
