Soy Bean Drink

Lets enjoy this homemade soy milk either warm or cold.
The first step in the process of getting the rich milky juice from soy beans was to soak the soy bean overnight.
Then blend it smooth with 5 cups of water.
Use cloth to strain the beans.
Then cooked the soy milk on low heat with some splenda or sugar until it bubble.
Serve warm or cold.

    Soy bean tu berapa banyak? I teringat pulak taufu fah....taufu dgn gula merah....tapi kena cari lactone and tak ingat berapa sukatan...zu tahu tak ? If so, pls share ye? btw, I nak cari kunyit hidup, kalau dapat i nak tanam...bila dah besar i hantar kat you.

  2. I used about 1 1/2 cups unsoaked soybean. Oh! Tak pernah cuba tofu fah.
