Pineapple upside down



This pineapple upside down cake didn't turn out right. The flour didn't rise. I used softasilk flour without baking powder. I will try to bake this cake again and we'll see how it will turn out.

  1. Zue, hope you will try to make this cake again. Remember the flour is 1 cup and you have to put baking powder. It is ok to used softasilk flour. They cake actually look really pretty :)
