Green pancakes

Here is a simple pancake using herbs available around the house:
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of water (add 1 tablespoon if too thick)
chopped chives, spring onion, thyme and mint
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash original blend (optional) olive oil for cooking

Method: Mix everything into a pancake batter consistency. Not too thick and nor too thin. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the batter and make a nice thin layer of pancake. Flip to the other side. Serve warm.
