Corn Pudding


First day of Ramadan today. The weather was very nice. We had rain last night and it was a good soaking rain for the garden. I am as usual not in any mood to cook heavy meal today. This corn pudding is the simplest recipe ever and it was cook in the microwave.

Ingredients:
1 can of creamy corn
1 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of corn flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:
In a ceramic bowl, mix all ingredients. Microwave for 5 minutes on high.
Then stir the mixture.
Microwave again for another 3 minutes.
Let it cool and then chill in the fridge.
