Murtabak is one of my favorite food during this Ramadan. Tonight, I am breaking my fasting with this delicious beef murtabak. I cook 1 pound of ground beef with some curry and other spices. Seasoned. Let the beef cool.
Then add 1 egg and mix well.
For the skin, I am using the egg roll sheets.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the beef in the center and fold on all corners.
Lightly grease the frying pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
I serve this murtabak with some pickled red onion.
