Ingredients:
2 cod fish fillets
2 cups water
5 dried prunes
2 teaspoons oyster sauce ( can use soy sauce to substitute)
1 inch fresh ginger
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 teaspoon chopped lemongrass
1/2 teaspoon sugar
a pinch of salt
Method:
Boil water with all of the ingredients above.
Then add fish.
Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with white rice.
