Ramadan 2 - Fried spaghetti and Baked Salmon

Second day fasting was not bad. But I do have to limit my activity. I had scramble egg for breakfast and it helped to boost my energy level. I cooked fried spaghetti and baked salmon for our dinner. The recipe for fried spaghetti is here: http://zumurphyrecipe.blogspot.com/2009/03/fried-spaghetti-3.html
The salmon is easy to cook. I sprinkle some herbs and spices on both sides of the salmon. Then I bake them on skin side down at 350 degree F for about 25 minutes. My favorite spice for the salmon is ready to use crusting italian seasoning.

This banana nut muffin is very easy to make. The recipe is similar to the one I had in my other post here http://zumurphyrecipe.blogspot.com/2007/10/banana-chop-nuts-cake.html
Happy Ramadan!
