Banana and Chopped Nuts cake

A year ago, I have baked banana almond cake . Then
Gert, Cat Cat and beachlover ada buat kek pisang. So, I pun buat lagi kek pisang.
My recipe.
5 ripe banana
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick salted butter(4 oz/114 gm)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chop mixed nuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon rose water
Firstly, I mashed and blend banana with sugar. Then I added butter, egg, vanilla and rose water. Add flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder. Lastly, I fold in mixed nuts. I used bundt pan with no particular reason. Cook it in the oven at 375 degree until the toothpick came out clear.

    Kek pisang Cath tak jadi... Keras cam batu... Lontar kat dinding, boleh pecah babe.. HAHA.

  2. Cat cat, you reminded me of pertandingan lontar fruit cake somewhere in US. Maybe we could create lontar kek pisang pulak.Category lontaran paling jauh and category tembok mana paling besar pecah.

    beachlover, I learn sekarang buat kek sikit sikit jer. Kalau banyak sangat nanti tak habis. I still have the cake in the fridge. Makan one slice at a time.:-(
