Ramadan 12 - Salmon Fried Rice

I am using salmon in a can. This meal is Mupi's favorite rice. I like this fried rice too not only because of the delicious flavor, but also because it is easy to cook.

Cook rice. I am using about 4 cups cooked rice to a big can of pink salmon.
In a big wok, heat 3 tablespoon olive oil.
Remove the bone from the salmon.
Saute the salmon in olive oil.
Keep stiring slowly until salmon slightly dry.
Add 4 cups of cooked rice.
Mix well.
Serve warm.
