Sweet and Sour Chicken

My arms are both hurting from working in the garden. Because of the wet soil, after tilling, the soil became solid like a rock. I was using the hoe to break them up. So for tonight's dinner, I am cooking the most simplest meal ever. Chicken wings coated with tangy, sweet and sour dressing.
The ingredients are:
20 pieces chicken wings
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rice flour
Olive oil enough to fry the chicken

In a zip lock bag, add turmeric powder, salt and rice flour to the chicken. Shake them and set aside.

For the sauce:
1 cup dijon mustard
1 cup honey
2 tablespoons splenda(as to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Mix the sauce in a small bowl.

In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Use a big pot to lay the fried chicken.
On medium low heat, pour the sweet and sour sauce on the chicken. Coat them well and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve warm.
