Fried Shrimp, Creamy Spinach and Baked Crab Cake

I served a simple dinner tonight. It was just some fried shrimp, crab cakes and creamy spinach. They are all came prepared in a box. I love this super easy to cook meal. However, I cannot take high content of sodium. I promise myself that I will prepare them from fresh ingredients the next time and definitely will cut down on the salt.

For the creamy spinach, I just boiled the package in water for 12 minutes.

The crab cakes are baked in the oven at 375 degree F for 20 minutes.

The panko breaded shrimps are fried in olive oil until golden brown.
