16 Asparagus
2 cups fresh snow peas
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 big red onion
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup turkey slices for flavor
sea salt to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
In a big skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute diced red onion and turkey slices for about 3 minutes or until onion turn translucent. Then add shredded carrot. Stir and cook until carrot turn soft. Sprinkle ground black pepper and sea salt. Add asparagus, snow peas and soy sauce. Stir until asparagus cook to your liking. I like my asparagus to stay crunchy and not too soft. So, I turn off the stove after 2 minutes. This dish is delicious and can serve just like that or eat it with spicy beef. ReplyDeletebaru2 ni saya masak asparagus goreng belacan. Sama je macam kangkung goreng belacan except change with asparagus. Sedap jugak..
Dhill, must be tasty if cook this asparagus with shrimp paste ( belacan). Yummy!
