1 can of cocktail fruits
4 tablespoon yellow corn flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Drain cocktail fruits from the juice. Mix it with sugar, evaporated milk and corn flour. Use microwave safe deep dish. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave again for 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 3 minutes. Make sure you watch the mixture not to overflow. Turn off the microwave if you see the bubble is about to flow out of the bowl.
Transfer it into mould and let it cool.
I dress this pudding with a spoon of sweet milk.
