Kuih Keria ( Sweet Potato Donut)

1 Jumbo yam/sweet potato
Splenda to coat the donut
1 cup flour
salt to seasoned

First, I skinned and cut the yam or sweet potato. Then I boil them in water and salt. Once, they are cooked I drained and meshed them. I add flour and start mould them into a shape of a small donut. Fry them in hot olive oil until golden brown. Then roll them onto splenda. You can use sugar instead of splenda if you like.
