Roasted Chicken Thigh


I marinated 4 pieces of chicken thigh overnight in the fridge using my own blend.
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
3 grated shallots
1 tablspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon worchester sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup buttermilk.

Put all ingredients in a zip loc 1 gallon bag. Add the chicken and refrigerate overnight. I oven roasted this chicken on 350F degree for about 1 hour. I turn the chicken after 30 minutes or when the top is brown. I served this chicken over my yellow rice which I have enhanced the flavor to my taste bud. I like cardamon, star anise and cloves cook in my rice.
