Nana is back. Today's breakfast was a simple Asian noodle cooked with onions, mushrooms, mrs. dash spices and hamburger. I am using just two tablespoons olive oil, sautee diced onions, chopped mushrooms. Then break off the hamburger and fry it with the onions and mushrooms. Add 2 cups of water. Let it boil. Add Mrs. Dash, about 1 tablespoon and a pinch of salt. Lastly, add the Asian noodle and let the noodle cook. Simple and satifying.
