Dinner tonight was a simple meal. Fried veal coated with flour. Firstly, mashed the veal with meat tenderizer to make the meat tender and paper thin. In a separate bowl, crack an egg and combine well. Take the veal and soak it well with the egg wash.
In a separate plate, mix all purpose flour with 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Take the veal from egg wash and coat well with the flour. Dust off the excess flour.
Deep fry the veal in olive oil at 325 degree F.
Remove veal once it is golden brown. Serve warm.
