Ramadan 2013 Day 21 - Kek Bahulu Lapis

Bahulu lapis or pineapple layered cake is one of my favorite cake for the eid. I was in the mood to spend my time cooking in the kitchen for this delicious cake.

Although the layer is not straight but this cake is so good. I used fresh grated pineapple and cook it until it turned into a delicious and sweet jam. I brushed the jam on each layer.
