Sardin roll is one of my favourite snack. I am using the empanadas skin for this sardin roll. For the filling, mix onion and hot peppers with sardin without the tomato juice. Put a spoonful of the filling to the center of the empanadas skin. Bring 2 sides together and then fold on both ends.
Fry in deep oil until golden brown.
Serve with a cup of tea or coffee. Yummy! Share
