Jerk Beef

Yet another simple dinner tonight. I am using a Jamaican Jerk spices in this beef. I added some onion, hot peppers and green tomatoes. I roast this beef in the oven covered at 450 degree F for about 30 minutes.
The jerk spice has turmeric, hot peppers and other spices blended in it. Delicious!
