The kue teow was fried simply with some shallots, garlic, hot peppers, soy sauce, fish sauce and bean sprouts.
I am using ready to use the Indo spices for the fish egg. I sauteed some yellow onion, and then add 1 packet of the Indo spices. Then add the fish egg and the stinky beans. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Cover and turn the stove off.
