Dalca Tempeh

I have tempeh ready for cooking. Usually I just deep fry the tempeh. But for today, I decided to cook the tempeh with lenthil. I am using the yellow split pea or in other name dhal nut.

1/2 cup yellow split pea
10 cherry tomatoes
3 small potato
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 packet tempeh
1 medium size yellow onion
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon blended hot pepper
2 pieces fresh hot peppers
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons cooking creme
1 tablespoon salt
5 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil

In a big pot, heat olive oil.
Then saute onion.
Add tempeh and brown it a bit.
Add potato.
Add carrot.
Add all the spices, blended chili and hot peppers.
Add tomato.
Stir well.
Add water.
Salt to taste.
Lastly add cooking creme.
Cook until potatoes are soft.
