Today's dinner is very easy to cook. I just fry the chicken wings and then cook the sauce in a separate pot.
Ingredients for the sauce:
1 tablespoon chopped hot peppers.
2 cups apple sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt
12 pieces chicken wings
olive oil to fry the chicken
Method:
Fry the chicken. Set aside.
In a medium pot, heat apple sauce.
Add hot pepper.
Add sugar and salt.
Cook until sauce reduced.
Add chicken. Mix well.
Serve warm.
