Vegetable Salad
Sometimes when I feel guilty after savoring devilish delicacy, I would pack this vegetable salad for lunch. I will drizzle it with italian dressing, thousand island or blue cheese. Vegetables to prepare: 1/2 seedless cucumber 1 ripe roma tomato 1 floret cauliflower 1 bunch romaine lettuce
Cut all vegetables into bite size. Toss with dressing. Serve cold.
