Fried Banana Crates/Fritters

Banana crates is always my favorite breakfast. This morning I decided to cook a healthier version of banana fritters.

Ingredients:
5 small ripe banana
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup regular oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sweetener
1 tablespoon benefiber
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk ( add less or more to get the right consistency that you are able to hold it in your finger to fry)
olive oil to fry

Method:
Mash banana with coconut flakes.

Then add oatmeal, flour, milk, sweetener, benefiber, and salt. Mix well. Use the tips of your finger to form the ball and quickly put the batter in the cooking oil. Fry until golden brown.

Serve warm or at room temperature with a cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy!

  5. Dhill, oatmeal is really good for us. The only bad thing about this fritters is the deep frying.
