Fried steelhead trout and potato salad

Honey and I love fried fish so much. For tonight dinner, I cook fried steelhead trout. The potato salad is a store bought dish.

Ingredients:

2 fillet of fresh steelhead trout cut to about 2 inches wide
1 cup of fish fry crumbs

In a big zip loc pour in the fish fry crumbs. My favorite is the one bought from Sam's club. Add in the fish in the zip loc. Close the plastic bag and start shaking them to coat well.

In a frying pot, heat the oil. Fry the fish for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.

The left over, I store it in a container and keep them in the fridge.
