Turnips, Beets in Oyster Thai Basil Sauce Noodle

This sunday morning is humid. But I still need good breakfast. I bought this Oyster in Thai Basil sauce and would like to give it a try. I have some beets and turnips in the fridge. They are from my garden. The idea for the noodle came later.
Ingredients:
1 packet oyster and thai basil sauce
3 beets from my garden
4 turnips from my garden
1 layer of bee hoon noodle ( Mine came in 4 layers)
1/2 pound minced beef
3 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
Peel the skin off from the beets and turnips. Slice it. Of course some of the turnips goes into my mouth. They are crunchy. Not too spicy like radishes.
Heat olive oil on high. Cook the beef. Once the beef is cooked, add the turnips and beets. Cook for another 1 minute. Then add the oyster and thai basil sauce. Stir for another 1 minute. Then add the bee hoon noodle that has been washed. Add a cup of water. Let them cook until all the water absorb in the noodle. Serve warm.
They are delicious. If you don't like the red color from the beets, you can omit that in the cooking. Just sprinkle slices of beets that you've roasted. No pickle beets please. The taste will totally off.
