Ingredients:
4 ripe banana
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup flour
oil to fry
Mesh banana. Add the rest of the ingredients except oil. Heat cooking oil. Use about 2 inches of oil. Use the tip of your finger or spoon to scoop banana batter into the frying oil.
Nowadays I hardly make this because no over-ripe bananas at home. Carlos start eating 1 a day so hardly any leftovers :)
ReplyDeleteZue, no water to mix them together? i made this once but michael prefers cekodok tepung so tht was the last time i made jemput2 pisang. lol.
ReplyDeleteNo water. The ripe meshed banana is already an agent to bind the flour.
ReplyDeleteIf it's too dry and doesn't bind well, I will add a little water .
ReplyDeleteI also add 1 T rice flour to give a crisp outside.
