Homefries for breakfast


Ingredients:
2 medium Red skin Potato
seasoned with salt and black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary Garlic seasoning
1/2 medium onion
2 tablespoon oil


Method:
Dice up potato. Dice onion. Heat pan with cooking oil. Add potato. Stir. Add all the seasoning. Stir occasionally until potato soft or cook. Serve warm with egg and toast.

  1. I too like cooking potatoes this way or sometime I just boil it first and then only pan fried it. It take faster to cook :)
