Tapioca and anchovies sambal



I bought frozen cleaned tapioca/ yucca from the store long time ago. Until recently when Gert told me about her yucca kuih, I decided to cook my tapiocca too. This is a simple dish. I just boiled the yucca in salt water. On separate pan, I fry red onion and used ready made anchovies sambal. I added more anchovies in to the sambal. Walla.

  2. Yes, sedap makanan kampong nih. We are lucky to easily find ubi kayu at regular store.
