Ya, habis the whole kitchen I kena kemas. Setahun sekali kita memang suka treat ourself with home cook lobster tail. That porgie fish tu very tasty. Teringat kampung and you. I am sure you mesti pandai masak ikan sambal pedas. yumm...yumm...sedapnya.

I don't have Lingham sos. I dipped the lobster tail in melted butter. The fish was already tasty to eat it just so. The shrimp and acallop I dipped them in sweet chilli sos I bought at the asian store.
