1 bowl fresh kue teow.
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 medium yellow onion (diced)
1 packet Indo Nasi Goreng Pedas sambal
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 inch ginger (grated)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 rosted chicken breast
1 bunch sawi (leafy vegetable)
3 spring onion (chopped with leafy vegetable)
Wash and drain kue teow. Heat oil on medium. Sautee onion, garlic and ginger until light brown. Add chicken, sambal paste, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well. Then add kue teow and vegetable. Mix well. Turn off heat. Serv warm. I garnished my fried kue teow with slices of cucumber.
