Fried Bihun and kahlrobi leaves



Ingredients:

1/2 packet Bihun

a packet of Indo brand Nasi Goreng Pedas seasoning

1/2 medium onion

1 tablespoon diced garlic

1 egg

5 kohlrabi leaves

1/2 cup cooked shrimp

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

Heat olive oil. Sautee onion, garlic and kohlrabi. Then add egg. Stir. Add nasi goreng pedas seasoning. Cook for 1 minute. Add bihun. Mix well. Add soy sauce and shrimp. Serve warm.

  1. I tak sangka the daun kohlrabi taste like kailan. Next time kalau I beli I will use the daun jugak :)

  2. Neither do I. But I do like to try something different. Next time, I'll try fennel pulak. But I have to find the recipe first and customize the flavor.I am glad you like the kohlrabi leaves.I hope the kohlrabi will grow this year. I will try to plant it this summer.
