Petola or ketola?

I was in New York City with Gert over the wekend and found myself a petola. In US, they call it Luffa Vege. I really missed mom's cooking of this delicious, light and tasty petola. This is my recipe this morning for this Luffa.
1 medium petola
A handful cherry tomato (I mixed cherry tomato from my garden and from Gert's garden)
2 small onions
1 cube Vegetarian paste
1 cup water
2 tablespoon oil
Sautee onion and tomato in hot oil for 1 minute. Add vegetarian (or any flavor) cube. Add water and ketola. Let it boil until ketola soften. Serve warm with whte rice or by itself.
