Lemongrass Coconut Curry Chicken







This is what I cook for my Sunday lunch. I used Thai eggplant. They are sweet and delicious.

  3. Cath, the sauce was in my pantry for so long. Only now I get the chance to cook it. Yes, that Thai terung sedap kan?
    Gert,I do like the lemongrass sauce. My co-worker semalam said she used to grow lemongrass at her backyard.And then she dry them and store them for years.

  4. Cat, TOA used to sell the lemongrass sauce but I think they took it out. Let me know if you want it. I might be able to get it in NY.

  5. Kak Zue..ahhah..how is the taste if Lemongrass paste?.I bought a packet the last time I was in NYC,still in my pantry.It's like curry taste or tomyam taste?
