Black seeded simpson lettuce noddle

1 packet of asam laksa mee (or any flavor ramen noodle)
4 bunch of bitter lettuce
1 egg (optional)
Water

Wash the lettuce leaves and chopped it lengthwise. In saucepan, boil water and pour in the noodle seasoning. Add the noodle. Once boiled, crack and egg. I like mine stirred. Lastly, add the lettuce. Serve warm.
