Sukun Goreng (Fried Bread Fruit)

Fried Bread fruit and a cup of tea. Yummy!

I cut the Bread fruit into half before I skinned it off using a peeler. I then quartered and removed the hardened part in the middle.

I sliced it thin and coated it with a flour batter. I just use a cup of regular flour, 3 tablespoon rice flour, salt and tumeric powder.

Deep fry it until golden brown. Serve warm.
