Bread Pudding

Super easy bread pudding.
3/4 loaf the king size bread. Cut off the crust.
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of milk
6 eggs
2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
2 table spoon butter
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon vanila extract
3 tablespoon lemon juice

Arrange bread in the baking pan. Pour 1 cup of the milk on top of the bread to soak it for 15 minutes. In separate bowl, mix all ingredients well except the butter. Then pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the butter on top of the batter. Let it soak again for another 10 minutes. Bake on 350 degree F oven for 1 hour. Super delicious!
