This is my recipe for a traditional Raya delish, Bahulu Cermai.
1 cup of egg
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
vanilla essence
Method: Beat eggs and sugar until three times higher with a dash of vanilla essence. In a small bowl, spoon batter of egg and sugar mix with about 10 tablespoon of flour. Grease the mould with butter or non stick spray. Bake in the oven 350F degree for 10 minutes or until light brown.
