I forgot that I bought breadfruit (buah sukun) last week. The breadfruit turned ripe over the week. So, I decided to cook it like making a bingka. It was a simple recipe using a can of coconut milk, sugar, pinch of salt, 2 cups of flour, vanilla extract, olive oil and 4 eggs.
The cake is a little bit dry that it crack on the top. But the inside is soft.
