Ramadan 2015 Day 11 - Karipap Sardin

I was working hard earlier in the garden picking the peas and the string beans. There are so much weeds growing after the rain. I just step on them which was working well for me. I didn't get my garden boot muddy.

Today's dinner was curry puff aka karipap in bahasa. Instead of using the regular potato cook with curry, I am using the sardin mix with some grated ginger, blended hot peppers and homegrown peas.

I am using the jumbo size empanadas skin. The pastry is so flaky and delicious.

Deep fry the karipap at 350 degree F until both sides are golden brown.
