Vege Fried Rice

A simple breaking fast meal tonight. This fried rice was loaded with sliced zucchini, chopped green bell peppers, chopped ripe tomato, chopped long string beans and an egg. I was using about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauteed the chopped onion. Then I added all of the vegetables I've picked from the garden. Add cooked rice and fry them until heated through. I used soy sauce for seasoning. Delicious!
