I have to admit it, watching on news in TV3 distributing bubur lambok, make me crave for bubur lambok one more time during this ramadan. This version is simple. I fry chopped onion with 1 cup ground beef. Then I added 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash dry herbs.
Add 1 tablespoon ground white pepper,and salt.
Then add 1 cup shredded carrots.
Add washed rice.
Lastly, I added 1 can of coconut milk.
I let the rice cook slowly on low heat.
