Ramadan 15 - Fried Chicken

I was busy sewing clothes today that I am only able to fry some chicken. Fried chicken is my favorite dish. I like it coated with a stir fry flour. This fried chicken is very crunchy. I marinate the chicken for 10 minutes in a mixture of a cup of milk and 1 egg. Then add salt and ground pepper in the all purpose flour. Coat the chicken with the flour and fry them in hot oil.
