Fruit Cocktail Cake

To celebrate a special Valentine's day today, I bake a fruit cocktail cake. I used a ready to use cake mix with brown sugar.
All I have to do was to add 3/4 cup water, 3 tablespoon olive oil and 2 egg into the flour.
I gave the mixture a good 70 strokes using a whisk.
I grease a loaf pan and pour half of the mixture.
Then I layered it with the bown sugar and the drained fruit cocktail evenly.
Pour the last half of the mixture.
Sprinkle some of the fruit cocktail at the top and top it off with the rest of the brown sugar.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree F for about 55 minutes.

Above is a box of chocolate I received from honey for Valentine's. It didn't take long for me to finish them.
