Sicilian Eggplant

My co worker gave me this Sicilian eggplant to taste. She said this special eggplant is crispy when fried. Indeed it was crispy. I sliced the eggplant and pan fry it until both sides turn brown. I salted the fried eggplant after I drain the oil on paper towel. Delicious!

  1. Zue, you remember my pokok eggplants, it gives me only one buah and I too pan fried it the same way as you. Memang sedap. I think it look pretty much the same like this one. Must be Sicilian too.

  2. Gert, You must have been growing the Sicilian eggplant. That is awesome. I like the taste of this eggplant now. I am glad my office mate gave me one to try. she said it is not easy to ge at the store.
