Mozarella Cheese and Guava Quisadillas

I love quisadillas. They are easy to prepare and are an excellent appetizer. The tortilla wrap I use for this quisadillas is sold at Costco for few bucks. They stay fresh in the refrigerator for many months. They came in a square or round shape.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup guava paste (slice them)
2 slices Irish cheese (you can use any sharp cheese)
1/3 cup mozarella cheese
2 sheets tortilla wrap
Method: Line up cheeses and guava paste in the center of the tortilla wrap. Fold on both sides.
Heat quisadillas on nonstick skillet for few minutes on each side.
Cut half and garnish with shaved dubliner irish cheese.
Serve warm with a cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate. Enjoy!

Check out my beets quisadillas which was a hit.

  2. Liza, guava or jambu batu paste is like jam or preserve but thicker and harder in it's consistency. Taste really sweet with a hint of sourish like guava. Some people use it to make glaze on meat or just spread it on bread.
