Mozarella Cheese and Guava Pillow
This is a simple recipe I put together to finish off my mozarella cheese and guava paste. I use a wanton wrap skin to make the pillow cover for the cheese and the guava paste. Deep fry this wanton in cooking oil. Serve warm.
