Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast.
Heat milk, water and butter to 120° - 130°F. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Add 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed of electric mixer 2 minutes.

Dhill, this breakfast meal can be changed into a healthy version by using whole wheat for the bread and use light pancake syrup. :-) Kaka Zu pun takut nak habiskan this sweet thing. My hubby tak makan bread macam ni. Tapi badan besar jugak. Hehehe.
